At any given time, we may be looking to fulfill several key roles, which are as follows:
Crew Leaders
Manage up to a five-man crew and are responsible for the operation of skid steers and mini excavators. They install silt fences, handle mulching and slope mats, perform general erosion control maintenance, report crew time and installation daily, perform daily maintenance on equipment and pre and post trip inspections of trucks and trailers daily. Work is outside in all climates and may include lifting up to 70 lbs.
Truck Drivers
Drive and operate trucks and trailers (CDL class A license required), load and unload equipment and material, operate equipment on occasion, hook and unhook trailers, perform pre and post trip inspections on trucks and trailers daily before leaving the yard, and report time and loads daily. Work may include lifting up to 70 lbs.
Hydroseeder Drivers
Operate hydroseeder trucks (CDL class B license required), assist in loading of trucks, measure and accurately report work and time daily, perform pre and post trip inspections each day. Work may include lifting up to 70 lbs.
Laborers
Install silt fences, handle mulching, slope mats, and other related landscape materials. Work includes swinging a sledgehammer, using a shovel, raking, operating a weedeater, backpack blower, and other related equipment and may include lifting up to 70 lbs.
